If you lost (or) stolen your Credit / Debit Card, then at anytime you can block your Card through Mobile Banking (or) Internet Banking under Card Manage section.

If you don’t access (or) don’t have Net Banking option, then you can call to help line number(s) 18008904445 (or) 18004254445 through your Registered mobile number and explain your issues, they also block your Card.

Note : After complete of Credit / Debit Card blocked, you can request for new Card through online (or) calling to helpline number (or) by visit your branch

Important news from Admin of this page : If you enable Internet Banking accessing then only, you can turnoff your Debit (or) Credit Card accessing through NET banking also. For temporary lost ATM card (If you hope you will get back your ATM card soon) then only you can login to your bank account through mobile banking ass (or) internet banking and turn-off ATM machine, Shopping and etc options. By doing turn-off your Card you can save service charges. If you not get your Debit / Credit Card for a long time then, you can block the card.

Admin message : This is my best advise, because I faced this problem previously. (Situation : when I lost my Debit Card, then only immediately I blocked my debit card through Internet Banking, for Card Block service they charged around Rs.300/- from my bank account. A day after I got my Debit Card from somewhere). So wait for a day it might back to you. (If any urgency / non returnable cases you can block card immediately) Thank you…!
